Founder / Organizer
Emily Simon
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Emily Simon is a creative commissioner and founder of Women in Visuals. Emily began her career at Artist Partner Group & Atlantic Records, working her way up the ladder to become director of the video content department. Artists and executives alike gravitated towards Emily’s focus on fostering a strong creative community and appreciate her focus on giving opportunities to new voices in the video industry. Fueled by her love for community organizing and building a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for fellow creative women, Emily founded Women in Visuals, a networking platform and event-based group for women to make friends, find new collaborators, and feel supported in industries that all too often feel like a
boy’s club.
At the start of 2023, Emily landed a position as Director of Creative & Visual Content Production with the industry’s most reputable and highest performing major record label, Republic Records. She has built visuals for artists such as Kim Petras, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Greta Van Fleet, Jeremy Zucker, Stephen Sanchez, and the list goes on. She's a double pisces and loves horror films a little too much.
Artist Manager
Ruby Anton
Ruby Anton, a Los Angeles native, is an accomplished day-to-day artist manager at SOTA DTLA. After pursuing a degree in music business at Columbia College Chicago, Ruby's career took off. In 2016, she dove into the live music scene in Chicago, working at Sofar Sounds, where she had the privilege of crossing paths with Women in Visuals founder Emily Simon. This experience fueled her passion for artist management and solidified her commitment to supporting emerging talent. Ruby's career soared when she joined the captivating Lizzo on her "Cuz I Love You Too" tour right after graduating from college. This exciting opportunity allowed her to witness firsthand the power of music and connect with audiences on a global scale. Building on this success, she later worked with the accomplished singer, songwriter, Tayla Parx (Ariana Grande, Panic! At The Disco, Christina Aguilara), during the pandemic, further expanding her expertise and industry network.
Now, Ruby Anton finds herself in a position at SOTA DTLA, where she manages a diverse roster of artists, including Chappell Roan, Em Beihold, LP, Livingston, Laura Jean Anderson and more. Her role as a day-to-day artist manager involves providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to help her artists thrive in their careers. With an unwavering commitment to fostering genuine connections and championing artistic visions, Ruby continues to make a lasting impact on the music industry. She is a Gemini/Taurus cusp and her first crush was Peter Pan from the live action movie.

Nico Herrera
Nicolette Michelle Herrera is a professional photographer located in Los Angeles, California. With a primary focus on event and portrait photography, she demonstrates expertise in capturing the essence of intimate and emotionally significant moments that reflect genuine human connections. Her extensive experience spans working with individuals of all age groups, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in various photographic contexts. Currently, Nicolette is actively collaborating with Street Symphony, a distinguished non-profit organization, in order to contribute her talents and dedication to their noble cause.
Graphic Designer
Chloe Gartner
Chloe Haliya Gartner is a multidisciplinary designer, specializing in graphic design within the arts and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Senior Designer Creative & Video on the Production Music Marketing team at Universal Music Group, Chloe brings a wealth of experience and creative expertise to her role. Her work ranges from logo & brand development, promotional flyers, motion graphics, print & digital ads, social media content creation, event experience assets, and more.
Previously Chloe has worked with several brands, musicians, and artists executing a large range of creative concepts. She has collaborated with Em Beihold, LP, Rolling Loud, Hello Kitty, Barbie, Sadhguru, and Complexcon. Chloe’s work aims to provide authentic creative solutions drawing inspiration from the world around her. She is passionate about communicating through visual design, and creating a community through intentional collaborations.
Creative Director & Graphic Designer
Elyn Kazarian
Based out of Los Angeles, CA, Elyn Kazarian is a multi-disciplinary visual artist, creative director, and graphic designer conceptualizing and executing experiences for the music industry. With 10 years of experience, she has continued to help individuals arrive at the essence of their visual language through listening to what challenges they have, and presenting them with holistic creative solutions. Elyn specializes in print design, album campaign strategies, packaging, visual identity development, merchandise design, project coordination, live production and performance design, and motion design. Her expertise has led her to work with artists and companies including OVO Sound's dvsn, Blink-182, Joshua Bassett, Warner Records, Parkwood Entertainment, Beatclub, and Arista Records, among others. Fueled by curiosity, passion, and a love for continued learning, Elyn applies that ever-growing knowledge to endeavors in and outside of the music industry. She worked full-time as Director, Artist Creative and Content Development at RCA Records, where she continued to build cohesive and engaging album campaigns for various artists across the roster.
In December of 2017, Elyn also joined shesaid.so as a volunteer and helped create the monthly radio show shesaid.so Radio LA on Dublab, which she hosts and produces. Adding to her determination in making the music industry a more inclusive and equal place for all, she became an Executive Board Member of Women In Visuals, and a She Is The Music Connect TogetHER Mentor in 2023.
She graduated from ArtCenter College of Design with distinction, earning her BFA in Illustration/Fine Art Painting in December 2013.
Her work provides an atmosphere of orchestrated pulse, affecting people in a subliminal way.
Producer
Becca Standt
Becca Standt is a German-American producer based in Los Angeles. After attending Chapman University’s Dodge College and majoring in Film Production, Becca worked at United Talent Agency in the talent department where she worked for clients including Dominic Fike, Travis Bennett, and Demi Lovato. Shortly after her departure from UTA, Becca partnered with UTA client, Zolita to produce her five-part music video and narrative series for her EP FALLING OUT / FALLING IN gaining over 2.5 million views. Shortly after Standt produced her first feature film STEALING PULP FICTION written and directed by Danny Turkiewicz starring Jason Alexander (Seinfeld), Cazzie David (Umbrella Academy), John Rudnitsky (SNL, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Catch-22), Karan Soni (Deadpool, Miracle Workers), and Taylor Hill (Babylon). Becca is currently attached to produce Keke Palmer's upcoming web series entitled BOSSES, for KeyTV. Standt is also attached to produce HEADLINER, a sci-fi thriller, written and to be directed by Tamar Glezerman with Indya Moore (Pose, Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom) attached to star. ndt is passionate about telling LGBTQ+ and female-led narratives. Her favorite films range from 20th CENTURY WOMEN to MANCHESTER BY THE SEA to BRIDESMAIDS. Becca Standt is represented by Mica Andy at Grandview.

Erin Wolfe
Erin Wolfe has 34 cousins, 18 Aunts and Uncles, and 3 siblings– including one twin. She remains the only Creative in the family and has embraced her self-title as the “Black Sheep”. She is used to paving the way.
Erin is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Music Industry and minor in Communication Design. She was honored with the “Order of Troy” award at graduation for her outstanding achievements on campus and in academics.
She has always had a strong drive and vision– she is a photographer, designer, and producer. She has worked with Live Nation, Red Light Management, Warner Records, Bastille (band), Universal Music Group, University of Southern California, and hundreds of freelance and personal projects. She is currently a creative coordinator at Interscope Records.
Erin is passionate in building community and bridging gaps. She works everyday to give support to those fighting against the odds to be Creatives and have their vision and voice heard and celebrated.
Filmmaker
Felicity Heath
Felicity Heath is a multi-disciplinary filmmaker hailing from Sydney, Australia. Best known for her thrilling juxtaposition between femininity, tempestuous women, striking imagery, and leaving you on the edge of your seat.
Given her passion for film, she always knew she’d move to Los Angeles, USA and when she received a scholarship to New York Film Academy, it seemed like the perfect catalyst. She attended university during the day and waitressed nights at Rainbow Bar and Grill; a place full of inspiration.
Over the next 8 years she gradually worked her way up from PA and Extra to Director and Executive Producer; as of 2023 CV includes Dove Cameron, Maluma, Bella Thorne, Lil Keed, HER and many more.
Now, creating a new style of high fashion thriller, she’s become the go-to director for edgy and unique artists who are one step ahead. A-list talent and global brands turn to Felicity whenever they need to elevate their style, create unique visuals or embrace the darker side of life.

In addition to the massive mark she continues to leave on the music video world, Felicity is constantly expanding her repertoire and transcending the boundaries of her industry by: building her own production arm, The Preative; stepping into the event space as creative director and curator of the high end, immersive outdoor cinema Haus of Horror; Executive Producing campaigns for brands such as Microsoft and Atlassian; creating exhilarating tour content; releasing murder ballads under the moniker Felicity and the Night; and stepping into the documentary space with the Netflix film; A Rude Awakening.
Felicity’s work has been viewed billions of times, screened in film festivals across the globe, seen in Times Square and helped establish Felicity as one of the most in demand and well rounded creatives in the world across a variety of formats. Her hands on approach from initial creative direction, through to production until final delivery ensures a detail oriented final piece.
Felicity currently splits her time between Sydney and Los Angeles, working across the globe. She continues to take the music video and branded world by storm while developing multiple television series’ and podcasts.
Producer / Actor
Ashley Whelan
Ashley Whelan has been working in the entertainment field for over a decade. As a storyteller who loves all elements of the filmmaking process, she diversified her skillset to work both on camera as talent and behind it as a production coordinator, writer/director and AD.
Behind the camera, Ashley has worked on top-tier Hollywood films (To Leslie, Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent) and commercials, and on music videos for artists such as Hunter Hayes, Mckenna Grace, and Maddie Zahm as a coordinator and AD. As a self-described music junkie, she loves working with musicians, helping them to fulfill their vision.
As a performer, Ashley received her college education in acting, script analysis and media studies, followed by further training at prestigious acting schools around LA such as John Rosenfeld & Berg Studios. She is currently represented by three agencies for acting and modeling and has appeared in over 20 nationally televised commercials, feature films and many shorts. In addition to creating and starring in her own comedic films, she frequently models for many globally recognized companies.
On a personal note, Ash is a fun and social sagittarius, loves set life, and wants to be your friend!!!
